Bekasi, 14 September 2022 – As part of our efforts to become a market leader within the FM industry, ATALIAN Global Services Indonesia plans to employ 5,000 new talents across the country, paving the way for service excellent.
We have implemented a new Human Resources Information System (HRIS), which integrates payroll, and monitors employees’ performance, such as attendance, punctuality, and operational procedure compliance.
We have also implemented technology transformation in several functions of our business which includes a 24/7 Command Centre for our employees and clients within our Innovation Space. Our ambition is to combine people and technology by connecting integrated FM with physical services and online operations.
“Our company take responsibility in preparing talent to grow, enabling them to develop and deliver the best solutions in the digital era,” said Jeffry Johary, CEO of ATALIAN Global Services Indonesia, during the Global Job Fair event that took place on September 8, at the Ministry of Manpower’s Vocational and Productivity Training Centre in Bekasi, West Java.
